These problems are only in my head,

These problems are only in my head, I know that. My anxiety. My depression. My insecurities. They are not tangible. They only exist within me.

But, then again, so do I.

I only exist within my own mind.

We all walk around in the same shared space. On this earth. In this galaxy. But reality only is what we perceive it to be. There is a world inside of my mind. There is a world inside yours.

Your world is not mine. And mine is not yours.

So these problems, they're real. They control and dictate my reality. My reality. Not yours. Our realities are not the same.
